MOSCOW (Reuters) - Moscow has begun investigating the safety of a Russian-made medical ventilator, some of which have been sent to the United States, after six people died in hospital fires reported to involve two such machines.

Ford apparently agreed without having to have DPA invoked.
I think GM was haggling.
I think Ford, GM, and Tesla are all making Ventilators. They may have ramped back down now, I don’t know.

Ford, GM, Toyota, Tesla have shut down factories to make ventilators
Last week, President Donald Trump tweeted that automakers have the green light to make ventilators, although he stopped short of issuing formal orders to do so under the Defense Production Act.
Maybe the Russian company that makes nuclear subs has now branched out into ventilator production. Maybe it’s a combo ventilator and x-ray machine.
