Really all globalism is, and has ever been, is a handful of mega wealthy people controlling the universe by forcing every country to comply to their edicts (like the UN but with teeth).
Every country’s Leader is no long really in charge and answers to the handful of globalist who are actually in charge.
I suspect, like we see with our FBI,or our media or the Democrat Party, in our own Country. There are loyal minions who are ready and willing to do the globalist dirty work in position of power all over the Globe.
IMHO...as human and drug trafficking is being shut down-these clowns intended to foist a vaccination scam on the world partly in order to replace their dwindling cash flows
