Yes- exactly as they did to Bush with Iraq WMDs. They hyped them and hyped them, when he acted they criticized every move, especially the most successful moves like The Surge, and then claimed every precursor chemical found on military bases was just well-guarded bug spray , every shell was 'old,' all those Iraqi scientists getting assassinated was just random violence, every high tolerance aluminum tube just a fuselage for a cheap rocket, etc... and after they pulled that off they pretended they had never raised any hell over Iraqi WMDs before March 2003 and shouted 'Bush lied, people died,' while omitting that if he lied about WMD, so did they.
