China's Wuhan bio-tech lab has been trying for years to develop the world's most effective weapon in the form of a 100% deadly virus capable of wiping out all its enemies without firing a shot. This war machine should be immediately hit with our most powerful missiles and destroyed because of all the damage done to the world with its deadly viruses.

Also, I suspect a lot of scientists are told—wink, wink, nod, nod—that they are only developing such a virus so their lab can develop a vaccine against it.
The lab there does study and characterize Coronaviruses. I don’t know about making them bio weapons.
I do think this bat Coronavirus well may have come from that lab in a contamination event. Something like not disposing bio waste correctly.
Usually I don’t put much stock in ideas that new pathogens came from labs, but in this case I think it’s very possible if not likely.
What they are trying to develop is a disease that spreads very fast and does not affect Han Chinese but kills everyone else.
The potential liabilities do not worry the Communists in China. A real liability is the near certainty that something one is developing will leak out of the ab or be carried out of the lab. A Communist system being absolute is absolutely corrupt and such liabilities are not so much “potential” as inevitable. Apparently the test animals, including exotics like pangolins and including many bats, were sold “privately” into the market when the lab was finished with them.

China has no restrictions on biological testing. They are working on half-man have pigs and other highbred that are not as funny as the Pigman on Steinfeld.
You could say they are already engaging in every type of warfare with the US except kinetic warfare.
