On Thursday night, President Trump participated in a Fox News town hall in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the city that Joe Biden frequently boasts about as his hometown. Pennsylvania, of course, was one of the pivotal states that, unexpectedly, gave the majority of its votes to Trump in the 2016 election.
During the town hall, one of the people who got the microphone was David Hines, the Director of Operations for the City of Pittston. Martha MacCallum described Hines as a lifelong Democrat who crossed over and voted for Trump in 2016.
David asked a substantive question about controlling the EPAs excessive and punitive environmental regulations.....
This dialogue was interesting, but nothing that would strike fear into the Democrats hearts. However, what is the Democrats worst nightmare showed up after that.
Martha MacCallum asked Hines a follow-up question: You are really the typical voter. I think youre a lifelong Democrat who crossed over and voted for President Trump in 2016 in areas like we are in right now, in Luzerne and Lackawanna County. So, you know, obviously, now Joe Biden or Bernie Sanders, whoever it is, is going to try to get your vote back. So, Im just, Im curious, is there anything that, or any issue that they could answer for you that would change your mind, do you think?
Without a seconds thought, Hines said that he was going to vote for Trump again:
Hines: Im focused on the economy and on regulation and deregulation, and I like whats happened in the country in the last four years
Trump: Thank you. Thank you.
Hines: -- and am thankful for your efforts, Sir, and I hope we can continue.

I hope voters can see that the leftist boot on their neck is called regulation.
Was it just me or did Martha and Brit try to hit the Prez with a couple of gotcha follow ups?
He nailed it...it is all about POWER AND CONTROL. It is all the Left cares about.
Nothing wrong with doing that. He is President, not Emperor.
Boom! Shake Laka...Boom!
Trump needs to resurrect Reagan’s Morning in America ad from 1984. It fits.
Now if they would do the same to the Left, it would at least be fair.
The moderators did a great job.
The BEST part of the town hall was when they reporterette asked the democrat if there was anything the party could do to get him back on board....NOPE!
Wow. How cool is that.
Martha and Brit seemed to go very hard on Trump as well as picking many anti-Trump questions for leftists to hit him with. They were not nearly as easy on Trump as they have been on the RAT candidate guests.
Yes, the moderators did aa very good job. And the president was real, not phony.
It was a stark contrast to any other MSM spending the entire time literally fawning over the previous president, and his droning, endless “answers.”
Ehh
Trump can handle those fools
Now I just wish the media would ask Quid Pro Joe real questions, tough ones, maybe even gotchas, but they will pitch underhand softballs at him and he will still screw up his answers

But this is how Trump shines, he isn’t afraid of them, and he is used to this tough anti trump questioning. He’s battle hardened.
Biden is not, he is used to easy softball questions, and he will still screw up his answers. This will be a problem when Trump v Biden at a debate, Biden is going to get crushed.
Good idea !
I stumbled across an interesting item on a watch youtube video. It was on Presidential wristwatches. Apparently in 1999 a wristwatch (Colibri was the brand) worn by Ronald Reagan was up for auction. It sold for around 7K. The winner of the auction was Donald Trump.

- George Orwell
could you imagine what a landslide Trump would win by if the media was truly neutral? If they actually reported the good economic news, asked the same pointed questions to democrats that they do to republicans? It would be a 50 state victory for DJT.
