If a president takes over office with less than two years remaining in the term, then the president can run for two 4-year terms (succeeding or not). If the president takes over office with at least two years remaining in the term, then the president can only run for one more 4-year term.

Having said that, it’s probably more likely that Stacey Abrams, Kamala Harris, or even Moochelle will be selected as the vice president than Hillary. While Hillary is a known factor, the Dems need to codify their new communist kiddies.

I think this conclusion is not correct.

I think the dems KNOW they are NOT going to win against trump. So, this election is not about winning.

It is about managing the loss. And making sure that the Dem establishment and machine stay in power.
