Yes. She has money and probably life insurance. But the company was negligent big time!!!!!

Very typical after this kind of accident and appropriate in this case IMHO.

The only unusual thing about this case is the high profile of two of the deceased.

If I were on that jury I'd sure wonder why that pilot thought it was safe to fly in those conditions.

I’ve heard speculation this is to “protect” Bryant’s estate and the other families suing them.
