Vit C is pretty much okay in any main label as long as it has Rose Hips included. It’s the Rose Hips that make it work in the body. I get a huge bottle at Rite Aid that lasts for months. If I’m feeling “off” I double or triple my dose. The body absorbs Vit C and 10,000 MG a day won’t hurt. Dr Linus Pauling did a massive study on Vit C. If you can find his book it’s what got me taking it many years ago. Haven’t had a cold or flu since (never have flu shots)

If I recall correctly, Pauling didn’t use rose hips - just plain old ascorbic acid. I believe Dr Robert Cathcart had the same viewpoint.

The gut’s tolerance for oral vitamin C goes up substantially with a serious infection.
