Found an article about her press conference (about 10 mikes sitting on her desk!). The article had a screen shot of the now deleted FB post, and the comment in the article:
“Public fears were fueled in a Facebook post by Tonawanda Fire, saying Ellicott Creek EMS responded to a ‘difficulty breathing’ call in Amherst with a person who returned from China this week.”
In the FB post it said “Update - the person has signed off.”
Does that mean the patient signed off? “Ok, thanks for the oxygen, I’m much better now, goodbye.”? Or does it mean the FB poster has signed off?
Hopefully its not firemen lingo for the patient died!
That means they signed off of Facebook.Fire Department would say a code. Thanks
