I agree, but I’m scratching my head trying to figure out what he hoped to gain by his vote. Maybe he’s thinking about jumping into the Democrat primaries..??
He didn’t care about gaining anything this vote was done out of pure jealousy and vindictiveness BECAUSE Trump is POTUS and he lost an election he should have won!!! OMG the economy with O was horrible, people could not find jobs anywhere, regulations were out of control, illegal immigration was skyrocketing AND THIS ASSHAT LOST!! He and McShame were horrible candidates not an ounce of FIGHT in either one of them and Mittens can’t stand the fact that Trump won PERIOD!!!!
My thought is that he volunteered to be the visible face of the NeverTrump iceberg in the Republican Senate caucus.
The iceberg is there - but we know it was never big enough to remove Trump.
I would estimate its size to be 8-14 senators.
