Kobe Bryant died in a helicoper crash in Calabasas Sunday morning ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
Kobe was traveling with at least 3 other people in his private helicopter when it went down. A fire broke out. Emergency personnel responded, but nobody on board survived. 5 people are confirmed dead. We're told Vanessa Bryant was not among those on board.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.

i would consider TMZ a semi-reliable source, but if you got bit on this so did a whole bunch of of other people because when I did a search there were many, many reports of it, including The Daily Mail and a lot of local stations.
I didn’t follow his career that much, but it’s sad to see a young(er) person pass away.
Very sad.

So you don’t like Kobe Bryant. We get it. But you are a liar by calling him a rapist. The so-called victim declined to testify. He was not convicted of rape. You know that.
Because people on Twitter were saying TMZ's website was down and this was another one of those hoaxes. Maybe I jumped the gun, but I know FR frowns on these types of posts.

Looks like it is true. At first I thought it was a fake story because TMZ appeared to have gone down as soon as they reported it. I thought they were hacked or something.
Was Kobe trained to fly that helicopter?It looks like an area where if he had trouble he should have landed safely by autorotating the aircraft.
It seems like such a waste.
Noticed LeBron passed Kobe last night to become the 3rd all-time scorer in NBA history.
