I see lots of clips of him speaking when he was vice-president.....and he had no "life-long speech problem". It CERTAINLY would have been noticed and remarked upon at that extensive period of time if he had a stutter.
To boot, Lara never mentioned the word "stutter" in regards to lyin' Joe. Read the first paragraph in the Guardian-fake-news-rag article. The GUARDIAN WAS THE ONE who used the word! Her quote in a paragraph below shows she didn't use the word "stutter" AT ALL.
