Something you might want to be aware of, with the proper electronics attached, a speaker is also a microphone. They have had this technology for quite awhile now. I have used headphone speakers as electronic mic pickups on acoustic musical instruments like guitars many times when in a pinch and needing a local mic right away.
But you are on the right track towards a work around there. Have you considered a Raspberry Pi for that? They have all the needed software available for your Kodi project. :)
Shouldn’t the FBI have pay royalties..or at least $60/month cable fees and have to watch 5 minutes of commercials every 15 minutes?
The Good Morning Ukranians Show is good TV.
The key words are "well placed". How many people would have a clue where to place it?
LOL
They are too busy making sure no one copies DVD’s
I feel so much safer knowing the FBI is on the case. /LOL
Well good for the hackers if they get off on watching an old man scratch his balls while watching TV!
Thanx for the info. Much appreciated.
bttt
Smart watches don’t have the range to be useful bugs. The phone you hook it up to on the other hand... It’s a post privacy world, get used to it.
It was more of a personal unhinged rant than it was info. lol
But if it can help, you are absolutely welcome. :)
Never! They are upstanding law enforcement people! Wait my tongue about snapped off its roller after saying that. I just wonder how many times the FBI, CIA and NSA have tapped into tv’s, phones or just out right bugged the homes of American citizens for their political purposes. After the 2016 election I would say if the truth were known the peasants would descend on these agencies headquarters with copious amounts of tar and feathers for these low life goons.
I have a smart tv in my office and the first thing the IT guy did who set it up was to ask if I had any black or duct tape, yeah I said. He got a small piece and taped over the camera and mic points and said you don’t know how easy it is to hack into one of these. He used to work in IT in the USMC. Sadly this dude passed from cancer a year or so ago.
