.....”Rumor has it his divorce from Rachel Hunter was caused in part because he preferred time with his trains to time with his wife!”....

I think most men have a passion outside their work and their wife.....they’re just wired that way. She should have been happy his was at their home!

Love the detail of the ship in one of the pictures at the site.

"Are the dimensions 124ft long x 23ft wide really that spectacular?"

Indeed that is spectacular.

How big is your basement?

To answer your question, yes.

My 70 year old mother was roller skating to that song, it was the LAST song, and a young boy clipped her skates and she broke her wrist, but she STILL had a great time! And that’s what I think about when I hear that song.

Considering his layout is in Beverly Hills, that’s a lot of expensive train space.

Ok that is huge and a lot of detail. But I actually prefer Rod’s because of the dirt and grime....seems to give it more character. The larger one just seems too..... clean?

For a train set, yes.

For a Roman trireme slave galley, not so much. ;)

That’s the part of modeling that is the real gut check. You build this beautiful thing and then you have to dirty it up and sometimes intentionally break it. But otherwise, it looks like a toy.

Beautiful

Like all his women were and are

Live life to the fullest

Only man Jeff Beck ever tolerated over a day or two

That vicious rumor in the 70s

Put that in the Chuck Connors trash can of nasty lies about decent people

Nice obscure reference!

I’m sure you’ll find a Mum with a pram saying “itchykoo” to her little babe, too.
