Jury in Roger Stone Trial Packed With Pro-Obama, Anti-Trump Jurors
Infowars ^ | 11/7/2019 | Paul Joseph Watson

The jury in the Roger Stone trial has been packed with anti-Trump jurors in a transparent conflict of interest as the judge in the case ordered the media to leave the court room.

As Tucker Carlson highlighted on his show last night, the judge in Stone’s case is Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee who is “transparently and aggressively political.”

Jackson has already prevented Stone from publicly defending himself in the case, allowing the media to continue to slander Stone without him being able to defend himself under threat of imprisonment.

Carlson said Jackson’s behavior in court has turned out to be “even more ludicrous and unprofessional,” rolling her eyes and snorting at Stone to suggest “he’s guilty before the trial even started.”

One of the prospective jurors turned out to be a former press secretary in the Obama administration who “despises Donald Trump and has friends in the federal prosecutors office which is trying the case.”

The potential juror absurdly claimed that she had followed the Mueller investigation closely but hadn’t heard of Stone and didn’t have a strong opinion on the issue.

Why is Infowars the only major news source reporting on this blatantly unconstitutional violation of the 6th Amendment? Specifically AND literally, "...the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed."

I did think it was interesting that the judge said that anti Trump bias was not a bases for a member of the jury to be excused during jury selection. Then in the prosecutor’s opening statement, he made the case all about Trump. If convicted, no way does this not go to appeal.

It sounds like the judge did not even allow Stone’s lawyers to participate in jury selection and instead let the prosecution select all the jurors.

Go Tucker. Shine light on this judicial injustice. Make it get brighter and brighter until the judge melts.

It goes to show that deep state is still strong and attacking, even with Barr in charge.

Time to file a judicial misconduct charge.

Oh, I forgot. They did that to the corrupt Federal Judge Hastings in Florida. They impeached him as a Federal Judge so he became a Democrat Representative in Congress and is now actively writing the rules for Trump’s impeachment process.

“A proper voir dire process was not followed.”

That is obviously the case. Maybe Stone’s lawyers were locked out of the process, and the judge let a bunch of partisan Democrats on the jury.

This corrupt Obama judge and the corrupt government prosecutors KNOW that this will go to appeal, that they will lose the appeal and that any convictions will be thrown out. They DON’T CARE. They simply want a railroaded conviction to be standing at the time of the 2020 election,

I guess we are at a place in political history where we start making a list of the political prisoners we will free “Come the Revolution!”

Maybe Roger should hire Sydney Powell as his lawyer when this goes to appeal.

See, the idea here is to bankrupt him in district court so he cannot afford to appeal. I hope there are enough pro bono people out there to take it. I also hope that when judgment day comes, the big one, these tyrants get their eternal reward.

I don’t know how to build an actual JUSTICE system but we clearly do not have one. Probably never have had one. I wish we had incentives for judges and attorneys to try to do the right thing.

No one in the system today seems to care about justice at all. They all have different goals.

What is his lawyer doing about it? Most of the Washington lawyers are swamp creatures anyway - they'd lose a lot of work if they defended Stone vigorously.

He should hire Sidney Powell.

As everyone expected, this is becoming just another Kangaroo Court, where the defendant is judged guilty even before the trial. I don’t understand why Stone’s lawyer is going along with this, or does not show the ability to challenge it.

Meanwhile, I hope Roger’s health can withstand this sky high level of stress. I heard on the very first day of trial, he had to leave early, due to stomach problems. Stone described the problems as ‘Food poisoning’. Some folks feel stress mostly in their gut, and lose their appetite for a while.
Stone is ‘only’ 67 years old, but it’s a hard lived 67 years. I thought he was much older.

I thought the defense had the right to refuse anyone for any reason. This judge needs to go. What does it take to get rid of a fed judge?

"Time to file a judicial misconduct charge."

I hope Roger's lawyers are better than General Flynn's original lawyers were.
