It is worse than that. Liberals can be defined as saying morality arises from feelings. Want to know what is right? Listen to your heart, follow your feelings, look inward to know what is true.
The logical end of that chain is that the most hysterical and irrational is the most correct and has to be backed over the logical or annoyed opposition. And it empowers the crazies and those who stage tantrums to get what they want.
Some days I can't wait until the Muslims take over.

It is worse than that. The transgenders are seen as more important than women.
Hence the Vancouver rape shelter threatened and vandalized for not letting a dude in with rape victims. Hence the women and girls losing out in women’s sports and told you’re bigots if you disagree. And the lesbians pressured to have sex with dudes in dresses who identify as women, because same SEX attraction is transphobic.
Thus the women told to shut up, you’re evil oppressors if you don’t let the naked dude in the locker room walk around naked, your privacy be damned. Or in the case of one gym, the woman who complained had her membership revoked.
Let me know when a fake woman has a baby. Ok ?

This is the Party enforcing its power by requiring the people repeat lies that everyone knows are untrue as a test of loyalty to the Party. It's a feature, not a bug.

I've read that in the 1930's-'40's, Mussolini insisted that the common familiar 2nd person singular "tu" had to be shunned and replaced by "vos" (or it might have been other other way around) because "tu" was supposedly effeminate and unworthy of manly patriotic Italians.
It made no sense grammatically, but it had the effect that all Italians labeled themselves as for, or against, Mussolini whenever they opened their mouths. It was simply a way for the Fascist Party to instantly label "unreliable citizens" --- opponents of the regime.

I listened yesterday to an interview with Douglas Murray about his new book “The Madness of Crowds,” for which I am still on the library’s waiting list. Mr. Murray said he understands that most people just want to be kind to others, but we have to redefine it or lose all connection to reality.
No matter how difficult it is, nice people have to say, “He’s a man. She’s a woman. He’s a boy. She’s a girl,” when that is what is true.
No it’s a bunch of women who think they are men.
You act like this kind of BS isn’t happening in the US. Especially in California which is the most insane SHE infested place on earth and probably the epicentre of this cancer that infects the rest of the western world.
