Greedy killer monkeys were found to be catching and gobbling up large rats in Malaysia.
Shocked scientists uncovered the rat-catching macaques on palm oil plantations – and say the hungry predators could be used as pest control.
The southern pig-tailed macaques were typically thought to chow down on fruit.
They would also hunt for meaty prey sometimes, but generally only small lizards and birds.
Now scientists have confirmed that these monkeys are also regularly snatching and devouring large rats.

The vegetarians are full of crap. There are quite a few primates that eat meat. A couple species even eat shellfish as a regular diet.
Importing them to places where they have no natural predators won’t end well. Our stream/rivers/lakes are full of fish decimating the natural species, as our forests are full of insects and disease, from other countries, decimating our trees.
The 2-legged can be dealt with a bullet, by a “Star Chamber” decree. Maggots and buzzards gotta eat, too.

I would love it if a bunch of those rat eating Macaques were released in Downtown Los Angeles. It would be more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

It would open up a large black market for rat urine. Just spray some on someone you don’t like.
If rat crap grosses you out then monkey crap will be even worse. Monkey feces is like human feces - totally gross. Also sometimes the monkeys throw shit at you which a rat cannot do.
