A Florida man has been arrested after catching a peeping Tom outside of his window and beating him to death.
Victor Vickery of Delray, Florida, faces a manslaughter charge in the death of 57-year-old Asaad Akar in the incident that occurred in July of last year, according to ABC's Miami affiliate WPLG.
Vickery was getting intimate with his girlfriend in a bedroom in her Fort Lauderdale home, according to the arrest report obtained by WPLG, when they heard a scratching noise coming from outside the window.
Vickery went outside to go and inspect the source of the noise and allegedly found Akar standing partly naked by the window.
A fight then broke out between Vickery and Akar while Vickery's girlfriend called the police.
Akar, who allegedly had a previous criminal record for prowling, was taken to the hospital after the altercation but died in the hospital from his injuries less than two hours later.

Asaad Akar does not sound like he’s a native of Florida. In fact he sounds like he’s a native of one of those countries where men have a “sexual emergency” then go rape someone.

He probably deserved a caning in Singapore but killing him doesn’t equal the crime.
Dude could have avoided all this unnecessary drama by not having a girlfriend tp begin with. Source of most of every straight guys’ problems in life.
Yeah, FL’s internet-searchable public records, lazy journalists, and permissive personal liberties (like beating a perv trespasser). You’d never see this story in North Korea, Venezuela or Cuba. Nice to see where you head’s at.
He got what he deserved.....
I doubt he killed him intentionally...If he had, he would’ve been dead when the cops got there...

It wasn’t a Peeping Tom, it was a Wacking Willy!
He was not protecting his house from any kind of physical danger. Peeping is disgusting and illegal, but it’s not a capital crime. That said, the guy should not be prosecuted for murder. This sounds like heat of passion manslaughter. Hopefully, the prosecutor will cut him a good deal - could be tough to get a jury to convict.
