The tables are turning on Mr. Mueller, who spent the better half of two years orchestrating a “witch-hunt” against President Trump, that turned out to be a big ol’ nothing-burger.
Now, we learning that the DOJ has expanded their investigation into the investigators surrounding FISA abuse and spying on the Trump campaign to include Robert Mueller, who stands accused of lying under oath.

The allegations of lying under oath stem from Mueller claiming that he was not interested in the FBI director position in the Trump administration.
Actually, Mueller applied for the job, and according to a tweet from President Trump, he also interviewed for the position. He was turned down for the job just a day before he was named “special counsel” on the Russia hoax probe.

In order for this to stick, it will have to be in writing and on official stationary. The rules are different for Democrats.

By a jury of DC swamp workers, their families, and their friends? There are some non-swamp folks here in the DC metro area, and a few who depend on the gov’t for their livelihood for work, but still have some integrity. But 12 out of 12? Not gonna happen.

I am very curious why Mueller would lie about this under oath. There must be some provable malfeasance on his and Rosenstein’s part that he thought he could hide.

There has always been the occasional party switch, or resignation ... but we're seeing an entire party being enveloped in a pretty large web of criminality and I don't think what has started can be stopped.

Maybe the insurance policy was that if Mueller didn’t get the FBI job, Rosenstein wound name him as Special Prosecutor.
Because if Robert Mueller had testified that he discussed being appointed FBI Director with President Trump that would have generated a major conflict of interest and it also would mean Mueller was a fact witness to his own investigation - a big no no
And she wasn't even under oath.
