This state is HUGE.
i can be 90 minutes from staten island and mom or SIX HOURS from staten island and mom.
Any areas you guys like that are a little closer?
I wanted to be at most 2.5 hours from mom

agreed...anywhere west of State College is good as long as you steer clear
of Pittsburgh. I live in the Lehigh Valley, which used to be nice but is
getting too built up. The Poconos are turning into North Jersey. I will be
heading to Northern Lycoming county when I retire...the middle of no
where.
