It’s amazing how the California state legislature, now free of a bothersome opposition party is able to tackle the big jobs facing it. Yes the American River (really should get around to renaming that) is polluted with human feces since the homeless use it as their toilet, yes major cities now have to deal with 19th century problems like crap in the streets (though to be fair in the 19th century it was horse crap, not human crap). Deported felon illegal aliens can shoot and kill citizens at tourist sites and get away with it. They’ve managed to pass a law to keep a sitting President off of the 2020 ballot and now they’ve found the time to act on another pressing problem.
