Heather Friesen, 26, had a GoPro strapped to her head as she fell down the sheer rocks at the Ka’au Crater Trail, cheating death — but suffering a collapsed lung, 10 broken ribs and a fractured scapula.
Saying that time slowed down as she fell, she said her “friends were freaking out that I was going to die” but she knew she would make it.
She added, “I found out there had been others before me who fell from the same spot and died, and I know that God saved my life that day.”

You can even see the slick spot where she put her right foot just before she went.

I did very something similar on an icy hill overlooking the Mississippi River in Minneapolis. Cracked my skull good. In my defense I was 5 years old and not recording a go pro video.
Did she fill out the proper ID 10 T form?
I remember one, I think it was on the Ed Sullivan show, where it was done live. When he stopped the outboard and checked the prop, the watch was nowhere to be seen.
Only slightly flustered, he said, “Well, wherever it is, you know it’s still ticking.”
She should find an engineer to marry and hope her kids turn out with average intelligence...
There are some Ultra-High-Octane people out there, who require extreme circumstances before they really get excited.
I am not one of those people. At least not anymore.
