Hey, Sword, how are things up North with you? I’m still happy with ‘17 Macbook and old mini#2. Probably very foolish to surf the internet using the mini ipad stuck on 9.3.5! Wish it would break or something, but it won’t!

Not up north any more. . . Now in St. George, Utah. Moved here last week. I had to get the hell out of Hellifornia. I’m selling off all of my properties there. The demented progressives have leaped off the cliff. The first passed Rent Control in Sacramento and then today for all of California to “ease the housing crisis” in the state. They couldn’t ease their way out of a rotten wet paper bag. They haven’t the inkling of a clue about economics. . . or what causes housing shortages.
