A Florida man survived a shark attack this week after falling off his surfboard mid air and landing on a bite happy 6.5-foot shark.

Don Walsh was surfing on Tuesday morning at New Smyrna Beach, Florida, when the incident occurred.

Walsh, who is a chiropractor in Brevard County, had taken the day off from work and spent several hours that morning surfing.

Sounds like Self Defense to me, If he wouldn’t have Viciously Jumped on the Shark, I doubt he would have been bitten, Did he use any explicit language towards the defending shark that could be considered a Hate Crime??

There's a cove like beach near there where the waves break larger. When I was a teen everybody went there to surf. It was nick named shark pit. I used to go but never went in the water there. 😆

He’ll have to sue the teeth of the shark as it can’t be the shark in self defence. Someone gets shot, it’s the gun’s fault. Same analogy. Next they’ll be arming lifeguards with night sticks like in England.
