The upcoming Marvel film, The Eternals, is going to include the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first openly gay character.
Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, confirmed the news during a recent interview with Good Morning America while not clarifying which character it's going to be.
"He's married, he's got a family, and that is just part of who he is," Feige states in a segment of the interview, which was shared online.

Will he have aids?
Will he wear adult diapers?
Will he be scheduled for colon repair surgery?
Will he cheat on his ‘spouse’?
Will he beat his ‘spouse’?
Will he take anti-depression meds?
Will he murder his ‘spouse’?
Will he then commit suicide?
If not, why not? Should we not reflect statistical reality?
He’ll have a magic or super powered “ding-a-ling”!

Just like Chuck Berry!
“Ive seen a definite decline in quality with Marvel films, which gives me no pleasure to say. Infinity War was decent, Endgame was a mess, Captain Marvel was a bore, and the newest Spider Man was a mixed bag, at best.”
I found Infinity War lacking, but really liked Endgame. I’m in no hurry to see Captain Marvel and I’ve no interest in seeing “The Eternals,” the next Thor movie, “Ms. Marvel” or “Wandavision.” I agree with you about Spider-Man. Toby McGuire was Peter Parker most true to the character. BTW, in case you missed it, Spider-Man is no longer part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Disney and Sony (who owns movie rights to the character) were not able to negotiate a continuation.
I’m keeping an open mind about Shang-Chi (I really liked the Doug Moench/Paul Galacy run on the series), She-Hulk (a good character) and actually looking forward to Moon Knight.
I truly hope Marvel’s SJW movies lose money. Captain Marvel didn’t but I believe it did not meet their expectations.
There is more people eating chocolates in the US that the gay community. Why not have a Marvel Hero eat chocolates? Why favor sex over anything else?
They’re well on their way.
Don’t feed DisneyRAT; it hates you and it bites!
In the comics, the eternal Sprite was pretty gay.

I always had questions about Robin.
Lastly, it is all or nothing and they refuse to give at all on the possibility that the “fetus” suffers.
The sad thing is, millions of young people will see the film, and many, if not most, will internalize the idea as a fact of “normal” life, especially since they’ve been bombarded with it, from preschool, on. LORD in Heaven, cause this movie to be a box office disaster, that our youth avoid it, and are not further poisoned by the subtlety of the enemy’s wiles.
Hey, he’s a happily married homosexual, free of disease, with well-adjusted children.
Just like most homosexuals.
(shouldn’t be required, but /s)
“He’s married, he’s got a family, and that is just part of who he is,”...
GOOD!!!!
It’s about time!!
SMFH
Like I said before, God was smart with aging.
He knew by the time you got old you wouldn’t recognize your surroundings anymore, it will have changed so much.
Problem is i’m only 51 and gay marriage and transgender 3 year olds has me ready to go now
CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE RONALD REAGAN COUNTRY I GREW UP IN!!
That’ll be a very hard pass from me, dawg. Hope it gets worse reviews and loses more money than 2008’s “The Incredible Hulk”.
Yeah - like the next Star Wars I have no intention of seeing these or any of the new Disney animated fare and I used to be a huge fan.
The entertainment industry runs on the misguided assumption that theyre a necessary resource in the US - theyre wrong.
Thank God DC Comics isn’t pulling this crap (yet)....
I effin’ sick of gay characters. I’ll pst on all media that make them
‘special’.
I thought Chris Evans was the openly gay character.
Same here, I’ll never watch another Disney/Marvel film. They’re also bringing the current Ms Marvel, a muslim, to the screen also. So they’re also going to pander to the murder loving muslim population.
When they say he is married, they mean to another guy.
That’s why they do it!
You speak for me - and you saved me time: agree on each of those four late entries, and on Star Wars.
Disney/Marvel can go Solo to the box office without me.
The MCU will not be introducing this biologically dysfunctional character to me. I am out of there.
