As for the ambulance I see it as a ‘comfort’ to those whom are REALLY scared and hurt — are going to be executed anyway...

The evil freaks have someone volunteer to dress up in a paramedic uniform, strap the victim down to a gurney and say ‘it’s OK now, I’ll take car of you,” then they open a bottle of CO2 and close the doors...

Sort of like the vans at the concentration camps that had murals of bands on the outside and the exhaust piped into the inside...Looked like a fun time...
