Gang member’s mother worked for U.S. Atty in N.J., outed people who were ‘snitching’ on the Bloods

A paralegal at the New Jersey U.S. Attorney’s Office used government computers to identify people who were possibly helping authorities and posted a video on YouTube of her gang member son’s co-defendant talking to investigators, according to court filings.

Tawanna Hilliard pleaded not guilty at her arraignment Tuesday in Brooklyn federal court to an indictment charging her with offenses, including witness tampering, obstruction of justice and obtaining information from a government computer, according to officials. Hilliard’s son, Tyquan, a member of the 5-9 Brims set of the Bloods street gang serving a 10 year prison term for robbery in New York, is also charged in the indictment.

Doesn't the U.S. Attorney's office in Jersey do background checks? And what happens if someone is MURDERED because she outed confidential informants? Then she is an accessory to murder and should be in prison for a good number of years. All to help her widdle gang member son. Boy oh boy, this one is some kinda mother, right?

This sort of thing has happened long before BHO and Holder. Low level court house employees have access to documents they can provide copies or abstracts of to mobbed lawyers. It has gone on for decades in Chicago and NYC and I would guess other place as well. If you are just a good citizen be very careful (I wouldn't at all) cooperating with the cops or DA’s if you see something.

1) Background checks only find something if you have been caught previously. (Fans of red flag gun laws take note).

If you are falling behind in your Affirmative Action hiring quotas because none of those candidates are passing the background check, I suspect the standards get relaxed quite a bit.
