And those states should refuse to do any business with any company headquartered in SF. Tit for Tat.

I’m not certain that it’s constitutional to restrict “trade”
between states.

Or to tax it.

Yep, most anywhere is benefitted by there bring less of either abortion or faggotry. Maybe the city should demand all flights to those States cease from local airports too?

Are they trying to deter other states from banning abortion? Because if so then I think it may backfire.

Great, that way, those evil southern states will not have to put up with folks who walk around with sh*t on their shoes and carry third-world diseases.

So....why don’t the states that oppose abortion reciprocally ban state-funded travel to states such as California?

Winning! Keeping out the riff-raff from decent God-fearing states can’t be a bad thing.

“...Constitutionally protected right to have an abortion.”

Could someone please point to the exact Articleand section or the amendment that guarantees a right to have an abortion. I have read the Constitution many times and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any language in it regarding a right to have an abortion. The only language that really can even remotely be construed to apply here is the Tenth Amendment. Since the Constitution doesn’t discuss regulations of abortion, the power to regulate abortion must belong to the states.

Of course I’m well aware of Roe v Wade and other case law regarding abortion, but it’s really a stretch on the part of the SCOTUS to find Constitutional protection for abortion. Those were just blatant political decisions. The real power to determine the legality of abortion lies with the states, via the Tenth Amendment.
