Not very much, I would imagine. Not saying you would want to try to bench-press it, or anything.
At least not without a spotter.
That’s kind of my point -— water couldn’t crest the Sierra’s. And, if all the water in the world sloshed east from the Pacific, and it did crest the mountains, Arizona would be just as flooded.
Phoenix is 1,000 feet above sea level and 350 miles from the Pacific. It’s not happening. :)
