Somali Migrants Terrorize Minnesota Town
A woman in Lake Calhoun, MN found 30 Somalis at her house on the 4th of July. They threatened to kidnap and rape her, while driving on her lawn, screaming and lighting fireworks.
Witnesses say the group has done this for several days in a row. There were no reports of arrests, or deportations.

I’m a long way from Minnesota, but what you wrote just confirms what I have read elsewhere. Somalis and African-Americans can’t stand each other.
It seems that out of all the THIRD WORLD SCUM the RATs want to import, the Somalis are the worst of the worst.

Two days ago, on “Celebrity Family Feud”, (Caucasian) singer Lauren somebody got buzzed before giving an answer and whined she needed time to answer. Steve Harvey said, “She needs to go back from where she came.” and gave a little smirky smile. Harvey is a demonrat but I don’t think he meant it other than jokingly but was surprised that episode made it on the air so quickly.
Back to the OP, the cops need to put a stop to this pronto before they have deaths on their hands. The woman interviewed needs to buy a gun because the monsters will be back.

They stabilized the situation and were ready to leave when Clinton was elected. Clinton went for nation=building. He then supported both the UN planning and the move of refugees to the USA. There was/is a case to be made because of the shipping routes. However I think arming crews or escorting is a better solution.
The whole reason we originally intervened was because we were stampeded into putting boots on the ground there by the MSM constantly showing starving distressed Somalis (children mostly!) on TV! The soccer Moms of America couldn’t stand it! Also there was this constant drumbeat (again aided and abetted by the MSM) by the Congressional Black Congress that the reason we weren’t helping was because we are racist! This was particularly true in the waning years of the Bush I presidency. He probably had a ton of Beltway GOP PR guys telling him that the GOP would lose seats in the House & Senate if he didn’t intervene. Then through the financial incentives that the USG provided NGOs during the Clinton, Bush II & Zero years. ( I am sure Bush II had the same GOP PR wankers telling him something similar!). Zero of course accelerated it. Too me the real villains of all this are the NGOs who make a fortune off bringing Somalis (Khat addicted primitives!) here (Now Central Americans!). USG pays and they drop them off in the USA and take no responsibility for their care, welfare or behavior! Particularly their behavior, these NGOs many church affiliated need to be held civilly & criminally responsible for the behavior of those they bring in. They are nothing more then human traffickers and should be treated as such!
