He is probably a city feller’ and thinks the government, via “Mr. Ranger”, will pop out and kindly remind Yogi the bear to not eat human meat due to the cholesterol level.
However, bears (much like Rush Limbaugh), live in “reals-ville”, where a little high cholesterol is a fair trade off for some good tender tourist meat...
