German Chancellor Angela Merkel was seen visibly shaking during another high-profile diplomatic meeting, this time as she welcomed Finnish Prime Minister Antti Rinne as the countries’ anthems played. Merkel has repeatedly played down concerns over her health in recent weeks following high-profile episodes of shaking in public during meetings with other world leaders.

They listed two other possible causes for the trembling, both of which can be easily controlled with meds.
They said if it were Parkinsons it would be continual. I worked with a engineer that had it, and had to do soldering and stuff like that for him, but his shaking wasn’t continual............
