Philadelphia police have released surveillance video showing a group of teenagers damaging a Walgreens pharmacy on July 4.

That Walgreen’s will be closed within 60 days. They have closed some in Louisville, Ky that were just in bad neighborhoods. They were looted on a daily basis but not by large packs of organized looters. As far as catching them that should be easy they will all be within walking distance of the store otherwise getting there would be like work.
