South Bend has a population barely more than 100k, and it’s a crime-ridden mess.

Mean Little Pete has literally “Peter Principled” out in South Bend. He’s a spectacular phony and failure as a mayor.

In a word, yes. Post-rustbelt city with plenty of ferals. A friend of mine at ND, from White County, Indiana, told me not to confuse South Bend with traditional Indiana. He said it is just an extension of southern Michigan.
