Yes. I was surprised to see Portuguese at the top instead of Italian. Also, Italian is not found anywhere on the map! I didn’t realize that until your comment. I dated several wonderful Italian girls in Pennsylvania way back.

Most Chinese immigrants HATE dogs, too. I was walking our cute little Goldendoodle puppy out at the Charleston Slough in the south San Fran Bay a couple months ago and came across a Chinese woman walking solo. Little friendly puppy started moving toward her to say “hi” and she totally freaked out, waving her hands, back pedaling as fast as she could while still waving her hands in the air. It was all I could do to not crack up on the spot.
Well, unless they are cooked.
I’d like to see the same map WITH Spanish included. It’s interesting that they excluded English and Spanish.
How many states do you suppose would show Spanish as the main language at home other than English?

I’d bet that Spanish would be the majority of WV’s 2.7% of non English speaking households.
I don’t know why my Washington state votes as if everyone is totally dumbed down. We have Chinese as the language spoken at home so the state should be smarter.
It’s all about borders,language and culture and America is losing all three. America is now just a big colony.

It’s a language spoken in Western India. Gujaratis also form a significant part of the populations in the neighboring metropolis of Mumbai (AKA Bombay ).
Prominent people who spoke the language were, Gandhi, founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi and India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.
Southern Massachusetts had a large population from Portugal and the Azores, and there's more recent immigration from Brazil and Cape Verde throughout the state. Most Italian-Americans are second or third or fourth generation and no longer speak the language, even in Rhode Island and New Jersey, the states with the highest percentage of Italian-Americans.
Do a google search of mosques in every major city in TN.

It’s not a Hawaiian language. It’s a Philippine dialect spoken in the North of that country. Most Filipino immigrants to Hawaii are Ilocano (nearly 23% of Hawaii’s population is from the Philippines with a huge proportion of that being Ilocanos ).
