Vegetarian-friendly pizza-burger is the next Lotteria food mash-up, and it looks great.
Among those looking to lose weight, the idea of a cheat meal has gained traction. Rather than attempting the impossible and denying yourself all the delicious sweets and greasy savouries that cry out for your attention, all you have to do is hang on until your next allotted one meal a week when thoughts of dieting can go out the window. But which meal to go for? Katsudon (worth going to prison for)? Pizza? Cheeseburger? All tempting options but if you can only eat one? Lotteria have answered a call we didnt realise we were shouting out with every ounce of our being, combining elements of the three into one sandwich for ultimate meal efficiency.

Throw out the carbs and processed foods and exercise and you can have real food all day long seven days a week.
Real food includes bacon, ground round, and whole eggs cooked in butter.
And T-bone steak. Might as well call-me T-bone!
It's a lot easier to not eat meat, than it is to not eat carbs. Carbs are everywhere. Meat is super simple to cut out as it isn't in anything but meat.
The real trick is to do it for dietary and not smug self righteous reasons.
I eat meat just to piss of the lefty vegans who are absolutely the most annoying people on earth.
Oh, man, I LOVE Katsudon..!
They put mayonnaise on pizza in Japan and actually it’s not bad.
All those carbs. Diabetes and a heart attack in a box.
Last night, we had a small mustard glazed pork roast with sauteed summer squash at a fraction of that price. Soooo melt in your mouth tender and yummy that we went back for seconds. Real food.
When I need to drop a few pounds I usually go to the West Point diet and exercise program. It’s kind of like old Weight Watchers and you limit your caloric intake to 1200. And I go through long periods of intermittent fasting, I take in protein, as prescribed and I’m not a big beef eater any more, but I do like chicken and I do enjoy eggs in the morning. I don’t like the nitrates in processed meat so I don’t eat processed meat, in fact I’ve come to a point where I have a rule now, which is if I can identify the meat or what part of the cow or pig or chicken it came from I’m not going to eat that let alone cook it. So when I do have a piece of beef which really is about three or four times a year it’s usually a steak.
Put your fave pizza toppings on a slice of eggplant, then bake.
The problem is not all carbs. Simple carbs are natural vegetables and greens, low in calories and easy to digest. Sugary fruits can be a problem. Except for some pulp for fiber, watermelon is just basically sugar water.
Processed carbs though are a problem. Bread, potatoes, pasta, chips, cakes, cookies, candies are all bad for your weight and contribute to diabetes.
Whether you are a vegan or a meat and fat eater, staying away from processed carbs will help control your weight and prevent diabetes.
Now that sounds good. We love pork roast and summer squash, but the missus isn’t a fan of mustard, in any way, shape, or form. I, on the other hand, am a connoisseur. I’ll have anything and everything from good old yellow French’s, to Dijon with Chardonnay, brown deli, Dusseldorf, dill, or several other varieties in the fridge on any given day.
Yeah, I was one of those holes back in my 20s. Now im doin it to lose some weight. Done the keto thing a few times, it works, temporarily, till you eat a potato gain a potato.
Love mustard! Yellow for soft pretzels, Dijon for a sauce I make for chicken & for salad dressing & my husband likes spicy brown.
A good soft pretzel is a work of art. Try making a honey mustard dip for them, and add a little onion powder in the mix. You got me started with that pork loin, so I broke down and made honey mustard chicken with brown and wild rice for dinner tonight.
