13th Amendment did away with “ranking” people in order to control their vote..

The original Constitution granted the Black vote as only 3/5
the of the White.

The Constitution and Slavery:

Provisions in the Original Constitution

Article I, Section. 2 [Slaves count as 3/5 persons]
Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons

America put an end to that nonsense with the 13th amendment.
ratified 1865

This crap is why “they” hate America...and Americans

“””The original Constitution granted the Black vote as only 3/5

Interesting. I guess today’s rankers had that in mind for those living on the margin:

“For example, someone with an intersectional score of 50 would get 5/3 as many votes as someone with a score of 30. This would produce a more inclusive outcome and improve overall diversity.”

I wonder how far back in history [they] will go to calculate today’s “fairness”?

The MO you know.

Thanks.
