The 3/5s rule was to count people to apportion representatives for congress.
At this time only free men were voting anywhere. No women’s suffrage/slaves had no rights.
The honest use of the ballot box is key if America is to stay a free nation!
Time for paper ballots and “Purple Ink” for federal elections at least.
The founders gave us the road map to MAGA, but success requires ALL Americans to fully participate in the “American Experiment” as productive and informed citizens who freely and openly debate the issues and make intelligent decisions that are best for Our nation under the Constitution. When special interests become your god instead of our Creator then only skewed and emslaving decisions can be made, this is human nature, to make selfish decisions vs righteous decision.
