"these primary things in which the old religion trusted a man, the new philosophy utterly distrusts a man. It insists that he must be a very rare sort of man to have any rights"

Our comunist party calling itself the democrat party has similar ideas.

Wow, I didn’t realize that my post triggered you so much.

I was actually kind enough to thank you for correcting me and was very nice to you. Instead, you posted an unnecessary, childish reply about my “defective” memory.

I suspect that you aren’t very knowledgeable about the topic, or basic Physics. Instead, you are only pretending to be educated about the subject. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have posted your childish reply.

Grow up.

Well, to be honest, my computer crashed as I was composing that, and a rough draft was somehow posted. So sorry!

(I'm sure that my final version would have contained much more invective! Ha-ha!)

Regards,

BTW, I wasn’t going to indulge you again but, since you mentioned my faulty memory, I re-watched Episode 2 of the series.

Guess what? I was correct. The nuclear physicist did mention a Thermonuclear explosion. Take it up with the writers of the series, not me.

I guess you will just have to post more invective. I need the amusement:)

Thanks for the "heads-up!" I will most certainly take it up with the writers of the series.

Um, what series was this? Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea?

I need the amusement:)

Don't we all?

Regards,

Well, I don’t know about MLK. Believe it or not, he’s actually closer to conservative values. You could try every monument for Harvey Milk or even that statue of Lenin in Seattle, though. That most certainly can give them the message they need.

Besides, if we get rid of MLK, I might as well point out, the liberals have also coopted Abraham Lincoln to pretend they ended slavery when if anything they’re the ones who supported it, so technically, we should also tear down Lincoln stuff to send them that message as well. Also FDR and all those guys.

I’m sorry you received such a poor education. MLK was a communist street organizer. He was created out of whole cloth, (not “the” cloth) by the communist party to turn a sizable segment of the US population against the majority.

Even Conservapedia, which goes out of its way to promote Conservative values unlike Wikipedia, points out that MLK is more of a conservative than a communist in overall outlook. And besides, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t make these sermons outright denouncing Communism as incapable of ever mixing with Christianity due to its materialistic atheism if he himself were a communist. Vladimir Putin, Jim Jones, Hillary Clinton’s preacher (the one who introduced her to Saul Alinsky) and Pope Francis most certainly didn’t, pretending that they could be Christians and promote Communism/Socialism all the same.

The worst you can say about him is that he’s a useful idiot at times.
