Actually, in Turkey, for example, the hate goes in this order: #1 Christians, #2 Jews, #3 other infidels.
And also what bugs me is people and the Press not using the word fundamentalist for Muslims who do what Allah , Muhammad and the immediate 4 Caliphs who knew Muhammad want done which is to subjugate, convert or kill us Infidels.
