I wasn’t crazy about it either, but dad bought the car for me. (first car) didn’t want to change a thing about it. It was easy to pick up girls on Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for the pics. Lots of great memories

I had a ‘74 cutlass with the landau roof. Beautiful ride back in the day.

had a white vinyl roof on my 72 Grand Prix and had it removed when it was re painted, car looked much smoother with it removedOne of my dream cars is a '77 Grand Prix, with t-tops and bucket seats.
If I could ever find it, it would be almost exactly like this one...

"while the silver coupe features a high-output 326 V8 and 4-speed stick."Those H.O. Sprints are rare. I don't ever remember seeing them back in the day and from what I read it was a neat setup. Heck I saw more of the H.O. straight 6 Firebirds than I did these 1 yr variant.
Pontiac wonks please opine if the had been in them, driven or owned one. Thanks in Advance....

Ouch; ebay user restoreamusclecar has a feedback rating of 98.7%
That’s gonna affect the price. Should have found a seller with better feedback

A friend of mine had a 70 1/2 Formula 400, 4 speed, posi, blue on blue. He forever regrets selling it. One of the most bad ass cars I ever rode in and the only mod was to the choke plate for more airflow. Step on it and spin the wheel you could drift in a nano second, 30 to 85 so fast via roll on, man. I heard what the top speed was, not gonna go there it wouldn't be prudent...

A friend had one with the OHC six and a floor shifter. Nice runner. I wonder how many like that were made.

Lucky you! A good friend had a gold ‘74. Not sure if he had the t-tops.

I once met a lady who was driving a silver Corvette with gold T-Tops. The License plate read “My Tops.” When I asked what that meant, she told me that her husband invented T-Tops.

Just a little more than 11 gal., but back then with gas stations on almost every corner who cared?

I remember a small tank an 11, 12 gal tank. I don’t remember it holding 18 gallons. Memories fade.
