A Florida man who was arrested for refusing to remove a sticker on his car that read ‘I eat --‘ had all charges dropped against him on Thursday, officials said.

Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was informed by state prosecutors that the evidence against him does not warrant prosecution and Webb has a valid defense under the First Amendment.

“[The deputy] overstepped his boundaries by asking me to remove the sticker,” Webb told The Post on Thursday. “I want people to see that police officers are not above the law.”

"He was charged with obscene writing on vehicles and resisting an officer without violence."

If I were the deputy I’d put a “Prosecutor Jones Eats P——-“ bumper sticker on my car.

Does he really want to be ‘famous’ that bad?
He spent money on lawyers all for this.
What does he do for a living?
I hope it has nothing to do with food services.

I’ve seen MUCH worse than this on the rural roads around me here in Central Florida. This kid has gumption and I applaud him standing up to authority. He knew his rights and didn’t back down. That takes a lot of stones these days, even if the message he’s selling is juvenile.

Free speech, yes, but I hope he was speaking metaphorically rather than literally.

Funny! But this wasn’t even obscene by any standard. Especially when merchandise bearing the uncensored F word is publicly worn and displayed.

But then, that is the left’s favorite word.

“What does he do for a living?”

I think he is a funnel holder at the bottled water plant.

What ever. The first amendment is not predicated on having any class. I honestly don’t care about other peoples’ sex lives. We all have one. I just would prefer that people show some sense of boundaries in their lives.
