She's 43? That means the stable, responsible, good guys in her appropriate demographic cohort have been married for 15-20 years. They've built families while she was doing the Hollywood thing and using men to add notches to her belt. Who's left? Mostly men who have been as irresponsible as she was, with a scattering of slightly battered, post-divorce good guys.

The question then becomes: does she want a "date," a "relationship," or a husband and family. If the latter, she needs to jump to a parallel universe as soon as possible. She could start with a thoroughgoing conversion. Move out of the city and ditch the Hollyweird social scene. Become a Christian. Become a Republican. Take up shooting and attend a few NASCAR races. Campaign for school choice. Etc. She might never get another role, but she'd meet a better class of men.
