Your body breaks down all the food into glucose ,the food that keeps you going ,don’t tell anyone it will kill them

When you eat carb rich foods you get too much glucose in your blood. Your body creates insulin to get rid of the excess. It gets rid of it by storing it as fat. As you get fatter you need more insulin to keep storing it and eventually you can’t create enough any more and are diabetic. Taking more insulin just deals with the symptoms while aggravating the underlying problem. I was diagnosed borderline diabetic. After a year on low carb diet I lost 45 pounds and no longer show as diabetic on my blood test.
