Those weren’t cops. It was a straight up hit. Every would was a .223. I have been through the autopsies. ONE biker was shot in the gut with a .38 but it was the .223 to the brain that killed him. It was straight up murder. But, no. No one will ever go to jail. There will never be any trial. The public will never see the evidence.
So let me get this straight: they masterminded a hit by knowing when this even would take place and how everything would go down (how it would start, who would be there, etc.), and when to show up, but they let an incompetent (and possibly corrupt) DA’s office screw everything up?

You ever heard the phrase, “if incompetence can explain it, it was probably that rather than something sinister” (or similar)? I think it applies in this case. Now that the case is over (if it is) file a public information request. Since I’m a Texas attorney, I’d consider representing you. It will cost you, though. Probably a lot.
