The Texas National Rio Grande Fishing Tournament would not be just for Texans with boats. It could be a year long tournament in all navigable Rio Grande waters open to anyone with a Texas fishing license.
It could be done much like deer hunting. Have lodging,boats and guides available for sportsman nation wide that would like to participate.
