Kelly’s publicist, Darryll Johnson added that Kelly was unable to pay the whole debt because his other legal troubles have prevented him from working.
In 2009, Kelly was ordered to begin making payments of nearly $21,000 a month. He did not attend that hearing and has since often refused to make the payments.

Spouse pays taxes on spousal
Dad pays taxes on the child support.
The courts probably violated the maximum garnishment laws - state and federal - by hailing him for debt (oh, and the Constitution.)
Child support never needs to be 21 grand a month. Thats just alimony not called alimony.
I know nothing about this dude, but anyone who replies to a yes or no question with ‘why would I do that, use your brain’ is deflecting - forcing the questioner to make a personal judgement instead of answering yes or no - and so is lying.

I live in a cave, I know. But I’ve never heard of this person before and know nothing of his work. Yet this was the leading story tonight on the CBS Evening News, somehow more important for me to know about than say the rolling coup against the President of the United States or the thousands of “immigrants” planning to storm our border in the next week or so. Why should any of us care about this?
I think I could get by on $21,000 a month.
Let me give it a try for 20 or 30 years and I’ll let you guys know how it went.
