Here is my take on that:

I want to know. I like truth.

So why does POTUS think we wouldn’t survive it? My guess is that there has been a lot of evil involved in a lot of major corporations and institutions. So imagine what would happen if we found out that dozens, probably hundreds, maybe thousands of major corporations were involved in this evil. The stock market would probably tank. And what would the repercussions of that be? Millions of innocent American investors would lose unimaginable amounts of money. Retired folks would lose their retirement savings. People on pensions would lose their pensions (because where do you suppose pension funds are invested). And honest, innocent people who work at those companies would lose their jobs.

There are probably a lot of other reasons as well, but this is just one financial reason. And it is MASSIVE.

I think this is why there have been so many CEO resignations over the last 2 years. I think that *maybe* POTUS will reveal the truth, but not until the evil rot at the top has been cleaned out and replaced. I think this is being done to protect the jobs and the investments of normal, decent Americans.

There are probably other facets of this situation besides the financial one. But the financial angle alone is enough to make anyone tread carefully.
