The MS-13 gangbanger who allegedly killed a rival on a crowded Queens elevated subway platform slipped under ICEs radar and was free to kill thanks to a judges lenient bail ruling and New Yorks sanctuary-city policy.
On Dec. 11, Ramiro Gutierrez was arrested on felony conspiracy charges. When he was arraigned two days later, Queens prosecutors asked that he be held in lieu of $100,000 bail, according to court records obtained by The Post.

"...The citys Department of Correction knew he was here illegally but never told ICE, according to lawyers and the feds..." The article further explains, "...Thats because its Mayor de Blasios policy to cooperate with the feds only when someone is convicted of one of 170 listed violent and serious crimes. Therefore, "...While the felony-conspiracy charge against Gutierrez was on the list, the city wouldnt even flag him to ICE because he had not been convicted..."
So because of this piece of stinking excrement DumblASSio and his commie notions of "equality", this alien gang banger was perfectly free to carry a gun and shoot someone else. The fact that he could have hit any one of numerous horrified bystanders doesn't bother DumblASSio at all---the guy's shielding from ICE by the City of New York is what's important. Sticking it to "da man". It should have been DumblASSio as this guy's victim, because with such patently stupid policies based solely on agenda, not common sense, he endangers us all.
“I will — how you say? — always vote Democrat. Can I go now?”
So, who is accountable for this? Liberals always seem to turn their backs or shrug their shoulders when this is asked. Basically, the local government deliberately failed to protect its citizens. I actually blame the Feds for this. When this started, they should have started hauling off local politicians for failing to uphold their sworn duty.
To quote the only useful thing John Boehner ever said, I want to know whos going to jail.
As he apparently took care to only kill a fellow gangster, he was one of the lesser threats, and only an accident that never happened would have resulted in worse. Sometimes outlaws have better standards.
Does that meant that the guy he shot may still be alive?
And why shouldn’t we have that same implicit right?
Hello, btw.
Is this illegal a registered voter ? Why ?
WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
ENTERING ILLEGALLY GRANTING THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN ENTERING IT LEGALLY ???
It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen doing so. Subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .
Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizens of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing both voting and land ownership.. .
A very interesting question but I think you fail to pinpoint the actual culprits.
Local (liberal) politicians most certainly are to blame. A virtue signalling scheme to "protect" illegal aliens becomes a grand slam home run when the democrats harvest their votes, legal or illegal. Of course this policy makes their cities and states far more dangerous for the average citizen but, who cares?
I agree, this sanctuary movement should have been nipped in the bud years ago. Not to do so was a political decision. Blame the liberal dems and the rinos.
Why of course...
