I was not able to read the name on the trash can by blowing up the earlier image, but on CJ’s image, I was able to blow it up enough to make out “ADAMS BURCH” in block letters.
Still couldn’t read the second line beneath “ADAMS BURCH”.

I like that idea. My first choice would be Comey. He's probably the easiest to bag, and kinda sorta hated by both sides, so less political risk involved.
